Vaughan is west of our Richmond Hill office, with most areas roughly 15–20 minutes away depending on traffic. That keeps Eco Comfort HVAC close enough to provide local service throughout Vaughan, with same-day scheduling available where possible. We work on furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers and hydronic heating systems across Vaughan.
A large part of Vaughan’s housing was built during the major residential growth of the 1990s and 2000s. Neighbourhoods such as Maple, Vellore Village and Patterson have thousands of detached and semi-detached homes with central forced-air heating. In many of those properties, the original furnace has already reached — or is approaching — the point where homeowners need to compare the cost of another repair with replacement. Woodbridge also has a substantial stock of established homes where older furnaces and air-conditioning systems are now well into their service life.
Our furnace diagnostic is $99, and the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair if you proceed. For homeowners who decide replacement makes more sense, furnace installations start from $4,200 installed. The price we quote is for the equipment and installation together, not an equipment-only number that leaves the rest of the cost unclear.
Many of the same Vaughan subdivisions now have aging central AC systems. Homes built in the 1990s and early 2000s may still have first-generation cooling equipment or an earlier replacement that has been operating for many years. Poor cooling, compressor problems, refrigerant issues, electrical failures and increasingly frequent service calls are all reasons to assess whether repair is still the better use of money.
Central AC installations start from $4,900 installed. We assess the existing equipment and the house before recommending a replacement. Applicable refrigerant work on air conditioners and heat pumps is completed by a 313D-certified technician on our team.
Kleinburg has a greater concentration of larger custom and semi-rural properties, where boiler systems, radiant floors and other hydronic heating arrangements are more common. Custom homes in Woodbridge and other parts of Vaughan can also have more complex mechanical systems that require a different approach from a standard furnace replacement. Eco Comfort provides applicable gas and hydronic HVAC work, including boiler service and replacement.
For projects where heating work overlaps with renovation or concrete construction, we can coordinate with our sister company, GMC Construction — an established GTA renovation contractor with 85+ five-star Google reviews for its renovation work. Those are GMC Construction reviews, not Eco Comfort HVAC reviews. That connection is particularly useful for projects such as radiant heating and hydronic heated driveways, where the mechanical work and construction work need to be planned as part of the same project.
The housing around the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre is different again. Newer condominium and townhouse developments can have different equipment layouts, access requirements and building restrictions than detached homes. The first step is identifying what equipment serves the individual unit and what work can be performed within the property and building requirements. We assess the existing system before recommending repair or replacement.
Eco Comfort HVAC Inc. is registered with TSSA as a Heating Fuels Contractor business under FS-R-53729. The owner holds G2 and G3 gas certifications and Gas Tight certification for applicable gas work. Refrigerant work is completed by a 313D-certified technician on the team. Eco Comfort is fully insured and WSIB covered.
Eco Comfort is a newer HVAC company, and we do not claim a history of Vaughan projects that we have not completed. Instead, we rely on the things homeowners can verify: our trade credentials, our proximity to Vaughan, clear starting prices and the established renovation experience available through the same ownership group. Our primary installation lines are Arcoaire and Goodman, purchased through our HVAC supplier. Carrier, Lennox, Trane and other brands can be sourced on request where available. We service all major brands and do not represent ourselves as an official dealer where we are not one.
