Why our prices look different
A low HVAC price means very little if it doesn’t include installation. Online prices aren’t always comparable — some are equipment-only, some leave out parts of the install. The prices here are for a complete standard replacement.
We’re TSSA registered and we install what we sell. In Ontario, only a registered fuels contractor is legally allowed to do gas work — so the person who assesses your system is part of the team that installs it. No commissioned salesperson handing your project to someone you’ve never met.

Central AC, installed — a complete 2-ton system for a typical GTA home. Larger or higher-efficiency systems cost more.
How much does a furnace replacement cost?
Furnace replacement, installed — high-efficiency gas furnace, commissioned, old unit removed, warranty registered in your name.
Furnace tune-up
A full seasonal service before winter. If we find a repair, we show you what we found and price it separately.
Diagnostic visit
Credited toward the repair. We diagnose the failure first and quote before replacing any parts.
Cold-climate heat pump, installed
Before rebates. Ontario rebates of up to $2,000 — or $7,500 for eligible homes; program rules apply.
