A small company, on purpose.

Eco Comfort HVAC is a new, owner-operated heating and cooling company based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, serving York Region and north Toronto, with project work across Ontario.

How we work

The company was built around a straightforward idea: the person responsible for the job should stay involved in the job. There is no sales-rep handoff. We assess the home, explain the options, quote the work, supply the equipment, install it and remain available to service it. For refrigerant work on air conditioners and heat pumps, a 313D-certified technician on our team completes the regulated work.

We quote it. We supply it. We install it. We service it.

HVAC decisions should start with the house

Replacing a furnace, AC, heat pump or boiler shouldn’t begin with choosing the biggest piece of equipment that fits the budget. The system has to make sense for the home — the size and layout, existing ductwork, heating and cooling requirements, and how you actually use the space. An oversized system is not automatically a better system. For installations, Arcoaire and Goodman are our primary equipment lines; other brands can be sourced on request. We service all major brands, and we’re not an official dealer for brands we’re not authorised to represent.

Built alongside an established renovation company

Eco Comfort is the newer HVAC company in the same ownership group as GMC Construction, an established GTA renovation contractor with 85+ five-star Google reviews for its renovation work. Those are GMC Construction reviews, not Eco Comfort HVAC reviews.

The connection matters because some mechanical projects extend well beyond the mechanical room — like a hydronic heated driveway, which involves the boiler and controls as well as excavation, concrete and sequencing. We can coordinate those as one project team.

One accountable team.

Eco Comfort is new, and we’re not going to manufacture a company history that doesn’t exist. What we can show is how the business operates: real credentials, clear installed pricing, direct involvement in the work, and the construction experience of the same ownership group.
